Benefits Enrollment Is Now closed

Benefits Enrollment was October 26 - November 6, 2020 for employees in all programs. The selections you made will be effective January 1, 2021.

If you do not make changes during this open enrollment opportunity, your benefits will continue as-is for 2021 with the exception of your supplemental and spousal life, Flexible Spending Account, and Health Savings Account employee contributions.

Once you are logged into Self-Service, follow this path:

For HSC program employees: Main Menu>Self-Service> OUHSC SS Confirmation Letters

Norman program employees: Main Menu>Self-Service> Benefits> OU View Confirmation Letters

Need to make changes? No problem. Even though you already have a confirmation statement, you can still make changes through Monday, Nov. 16, by contacting Human Resources at benefitsenrollment.ou.edu/Contact-HR.

Whether or not you enrolled or changed your benefits, you'll receive an email when your Confirmation Statement is available.

  • If you made selections, your Confirmation Statement will be available online within 72 hours of your enrollment.
  • Review the statement to be sure your benefits are correct.
  • If you have questions after reviewing this confirmation, contact Human Resources by 5:00 p.m. November 16, 2020.

Blue Cross Blue Shield will mail new medical insurance cards and dental insurance cards for 2021 to Norman employees' home address on file in Employee Self-Service.

HSC Programs

Blue Cross Blue Shield will mail new dental insurance cards for 2021 to HSC employees' home address on file in Employee Self-Service.
