Benefits Enrollment Instructions

All Employees
  1. Login to Self-Service by entering your 4x4 UserID and Password.
    1. You must be logged into the VPN and have Ping ID if you are working off-campus. 
  2. Once you are logged in, click on the Open Enrollment tile, then make your benefits selections.
  3. In the first section, you can review your dependents and beneficiaries. 
  4. Next, you can review your current benefits.
  5. After that, you can make your benefits selections for 2025. 
  6. You can now click on the tiles for any benefits you'd like to change for 2025. Remember to click the "Done" button in the top right corner once you've made your selection. 
  7. Remember that HSA and FSA selections must be made each year.
  8. Once you've made all your changes, scroll back up to the top and click the green Submit button to finalize your enrollment. 
  9. Your benefits selections for 2025 are now complete. You may print a preview of your benefits selections.
  10. Confirmation statements will generate within 48 hours. You will receive a system-generated email when your Confirmation Statement is ready to review. 
  11. Forgot something? You can make changes until November 1 by repeating steps 1-8.
